What is Wasender CRM?
Wasender CRM is a WhatsApp CRM that runs in your own private cloud browser. You open a link, scan the WhatsApp QR code once, and get WhatsApp Web with a full CRM: Kanban pipeline, labels, notes, quick replies and follow-ups.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Your browser session runs on our server 24/7, so it stays connected even when your laptop is off. Open it from any computer, tablet or phone browser.
Is my data private?
Each customer gets a separate, isolated browser with its own storage. Our staff can only open your session for support when you ask, and every access is logged.
Is this an official WhatsApp product?
No. Wasender CRM works on top of WhatsApp Web and is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. Follow WhatsApp's policies: message people who expect to hear from you, and avoid bulk unsolicited messages.
Can I use it with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. It works with both the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps. You link your phone once by scanning the QR code, just like WhatsApp Web.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. You get a GST invoice for every payment.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every new account starts with a 3-day free trial.
What happens if I don't renew?
You get a reminder before expiry and a short grace period. After that the session is paused, but your WhatsApp login and CRM data are kept, so renewing resumes everything instantly.
