Privacy policy

Wasender CRM ("we") hosts a private web browser for each customer so they can use WhatsApp Web with a CRM extension. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we store

• Account data: business name, email, phone, GSTIN, hashed password, login history.
• Billing data: plan, payments and invoices. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Your browser profile: your WhatsApp Web session, chats loaded in the browser, and CRM data stored by the extension live inside your private browser profile on our server.

Who can see your session

Only you. Our administrators can open your session for support; every such access is recorded in an audit log. We do not read, sell or share your chats.

Third parties

Razorpay (payments), our email provider (transactional emails), and the CRM extension vendor's servers, which the extension contacts for licensing and its features.

Retention

If your plan lapses, your profile is kept so you can resume. When an account is deleted, the browser profile is destroyed after 7 days. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data by writing to vedavyasreddy.s@gmail.com.
