The service

Wasender CRM provides a hosted browser with WhatsApp Web and a CRM extension. We are not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your WhatsApp account and how you use it, including compliance with WhatsApp's Terms and Business Policy and with anti-spam laws.
• Do not send bulk unsolicited messages. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers that do; we are not responsible for such actions.
• Each business needs its own valid licence for the CRM extension.
• Keep your login secure. Don't share accounts.

Our responsibilities

• Keep your browser isolated from other customers.
• Keep your profile data while your account is active or within the retention period.
• Notify you before your plan expires and before suspension.

Payments

Plans are prepaid. Paying extends your plan from its current expiry. Refunds are at our discretion and processed to the original payment method.

Suspension

If a plan is not renewed, the session is paused after a grace period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
